I purchased what I understood to be a UK key code for 12 months of Xbox Gold. It failed to work and said the code was from another Region. Buyers need to be aware that the codes on this site are apparently from Brazil and need to be activated via a VPN! (hopefully) It is also worth noting that despite never having been able to activatie my 12 month Xbox Gold they have refused to refund or send another code that works. They have stonewalled my communications and have stated that the voucher has been redeemed and therefore they will not refund. (see other comments with identical issues of supposed activation and therefore no refund - a great getout for them) Be very careful buying from this site. They are happy to take your money but are not willing to give customer support or resolve issues with activation. I would not buy from this company.

Bought games and discount codes through the Humble Bundle not knowing they were not valid with a UK PSN account. I have a US account which wouldn't accept the PayPal account linked to my UK. Customer support is excellent and seems to genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The codes are also valid and work as advertised so it isn't fraudulent. Saying that, the temporary hold and card verification system, while understandable, is a massive pain and I required the help of customer services to get the process complete.

Very often it is when a problem occurs you see the real customer service. I had an issue when i bought my nephew a 12-month subscription and we tried everything to get it to redeem. Livecards were there very quickly with a reply and advice to try to sort out the issue. Unbeknown to me it turned out to be an issue on my nephews previous subscription, which although i mentioned to him he failed to sort out as instructed. Livecards were very patient and escalated our problem to technical, who as promised returned back to me within the two hours they quoted. Code for xbox live gold 12 month was sent promptly, but the scanned image of the code was very low quality and virtually illegible. It was very hard to tell 6 and G, 0 and D, 8 and B apart and took over half an hour of trying different combinations to get it correct. Scanning at 300dpi using a mobile scanning app would produce better results than the image provided. I'm sure if they made some simple changes to their capture process it would save their customers and their support a lot of grief. If you have the same problem I would also recommend registering your xbox live code from your pc as it's far quicker to use the keyboard than the controller.

I purchased an Xbox live Gold 12 months and was emailed a code within 20 minutes. They do an authorisation check first...whatever that is?? The code was a bit difficult to read. When it was entered it didn't work,so I tried the procedure they give you if the code fails to activate. The code still didn't work. I rang the mobile number and got a voice message to say there were no agents available. Then tried Livechat on their website and got someone to talk to straight away. He sent me a link and this activated my code straight away. So although it was a bit of a phaf to get the code up and working, the Livechat team was very prompt and got it sorted within 10 minutes. The price was the best one around...I'd definitely recommend using Livecards, best price and although the code didn't activate first off, they soon fixed it.

A good website that you can trust! I bought 6 or 7 times and all the time I got my code. But the process to get your product is COMPLICATED! you have to pay and wait a first email, then a second one that will confirm you that they are checking a bit more your order (even after 6 times buying it's the same long process). Then a third email comes asking you to prove that it's your bank card that have done the payement so they require a picture of your card that you have to send via whats app or email. Then they will send you your code. The way it's done is good and they answer pretty quick. But I think they should make it quicker at least after the first order stop doing that. Thanks for reading

This led to an attempt to pay using a combination of Paypal and Credit card funds (via Paypal), which resulted in a cancelled payment. Unfortunately, Live cards didn't inform me of the cancellation. However, following my questioning and prompting via LiveChat, support they: 1) Sent confirmation of the cancelled 1st attempt via e-mail 2) Explained their was a 'technical issue' with the payment on their system 3) Suggested using credit card only. This changed approach resulted in a confirmed payment and a genuine 12 month Xbox live code being sent through. Would recommend (just), if using a sole payment method and avoid splitting payment methods (if offered to you via Paypal). Problem solved relatively quickly with the help of the LiveChat support team.

The prices are reasonable. The site has quite a strange security check, but is very reliable.
Worked fine. They needed to check my paypal account email as it was different to the one I used to sign up to buy the code. Code didn't work on the xbox but did work on xbox.com - which then transferred the purchase to the xbox.

Very bad purchase experience and resulting in non purchase of the item. Payment taken from card prior to purchase and then given a redemption code to go online where an error occurred so unable to complete the process. Left a while as requested and then retried to be told the redemption code had already been used! Very unhelpful person when contacted customer service, first time of using this site but would never use again.
Admin: Dear Tim, i understand your feedback. We checked the Xbox code at Xbox Support. They told us the code was redeemed successfully on purchase date. So from our side the transaction looks good. Bought a card with a US card, it was marked as fraud because I was purchasing from a UK site. Watched my credit card for strange charges nothing since. However it was marked as fraud so I allowed it through as I placed the order. Contacted help on a holiday and live chat got back with me in less than five minutes and we solved every problem due to my card immediately. Nothing on their side was the cause.Just me.
