So, what’s new in Football Manager 2019?
Football Manager 2019 brings you even closer to the heart of the beautiful game than ever thought possible. Enhanced features and enhanced game mechanics enable you to take control of your team in more authentic and fresh ways than before, creating an even more immersive way of storytelling. Here are some of the upgrades that make FM19 the best online simulation game yet!
Training in Football Manager 2019 has undergone the biggest revamp in the history of the series. The massive training overhaul includes a splitting of sessions into three per day, thus allowing you to customize your programme to suit your team’s particular needs right across the season. Another revamp focuses on pre-season, which is now a separate and distinct part of your training calendar. Owing to FM19 ‘s increased depth and detail to training there are more ways to optimize your pre-season training than ever before, thus giving you the best chance of success in the forthcoming season.
All New User Interface
Football Manager’s user interface is one of the first things FM fans look forward to in new game editions, and Football Manager 19’s new user-interface doesn’t disappoint!
The most obvious difference between Football Manager 19 and every other FM game before it is the refreshed user interface. Experienced players will notice the difference on almost all screens – not only because everything looks fresher and cleaner than before, but also because each game element is now easier to navigate and find.
The UI changes are particularly prominent in two of the most significantly overhauled game modes; training and tactics. Both these areas see a host of small, but very important and meaningful changes (many of which were a result of FM18’s player feedback) which are designed to work for every type of user – first timers or experienced.
Var and Match Improvements
Matchday is what all managers spend their weeks preparing for. It is what happens on matchdays that ultimately defines a manager’s success. In Football Manager 2019 a number of new improvements make the match experience one of the most immersive in the series’ history.
FM19 sees the introduction of two new pieces of video technology that are used in real-world games too. The first of these additions is VAR or Video Assistant Referees, which will be included in competitions that use it in the real world. VAR are of two types – one where the referee communicates with a Video Assistant Referee through an earpiece and one where the referee personally uses a TV screen by the side of the playing field to assess the original decision himself. Again, the kind of VAR you will see deployed when playing will dependent on how it is used in the same competition in real-life.
New Manager Induction
Football Manager 2019 brings with it in-depth inductions on key areas of the manager's experience. Inductions, which are mostly in-game and on screen tutorials, allow for less experienced players to come to terms with different responsibilities while dispensing new information that even the seasoned managers will find valuable.
With an update in the tactic and training departments the inductions are there for you to optimize your potential as a manager. When starting a new game in FM19 you have the option to mention your experience with the FM series, by doing this FM19 determines whether you need inductions at the start of your tenure or not.
The wait is finally over, the fully licensed Bundesliga – German Football League, finally makes its debut in Football Manager 2019 after a long 10 years! This means that in FM 2019 both the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 will be equipped with licensed club kits, badges, player faces as well as the respective trophies for each of the leagues, thereby creating an even more immersive user experience.
These are but a few of the game revamps that make Football Manager 2019 one of the most life like game simulation games on the market today. To experience these new game upgrades and more - Buy the game today!
