Can I receive my code by postal mail rather than email?
It is not possible to receive the original code by postal mail. We only send the code via email.
If you order a code at Livecards.co.uk, you will receive the code in two ways. Once you have selected a card, entered your personal data and paid, the code will automatically appear on your screen.
The code will be emailed to the email address you provided. It may take several minutes before you have the code in your email box. Do you think the mail has not arrived? Look in your SPAM folder, it may be that the code has ended up in the junk mail.
You can order many different codes on Livecards.co.uk, such as PlayStation Network cards and Xbox Live cards. It does not matter what code you order, they are all sent the same way.
